Want to access 2015 return. Password needs to be reset

If you have two accounts with the same email, it will take you back into the account that you were most recently logged into.... Here's a link to help you recover your account https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/

Follow these steps to gain access to prior return if you have not filed and been accepted:

1. Sign into Turbotax account (if not already)
2. Click on My Turbotax
3. Click on My Tax Timeline
4. Scroll down to Prior year returns, beside that click on Load my Tax Timeline
5. There you should have access to prior year returns
