I received an email to tell me to finish my taxes, but I thought I had done that. Both my Federal and State return are listed as accepted. Am I missing something?

If you are getting the reminder emails from TurboTax about "Don't Forget to file your taxes" or "Tax Day is today", those are just marketing emails being sent to all current and previous year customers. If you are getting other emails, please let us know what they saying and we can better answer your question.

I am getting a  message that I have not completed my 2020 tax returns.  I have and I got a refund.  A few months ago I was bombarded by emails saying that a few more steps and I will get my refunds.  How do I know it is Intuit sending those emails.

@mtomassian  If you filed your 2020 return and received your refund then ignore the emails.   Lots of people have more than one TurboTax account without realizing it.   You might have an old account that you used to start a return without completing it  that is generating those emails.

This is my exact same question. However, it is strange because the email seem to be referencing my current filing since it shows part of my username and that I am 86% complete. This is very confusing as both my Federal and State E-File shows that they have been accepted. I feel this should be changed as it seems to refer to my current complete return not being fully completed, even though it is... I think. It does not seem like a member wide email, even though it may be one.

Thank You.
