If I've finished filing taxes, yet the app is stuck in a loop of not processing my state taxes, do I just lose my state returns?

So the mobile app said that it couldn't finish processing my state returns, and required me to finish the process over web browser. I followed all instructions, and the web app is caught in a loop of not being able to finish the state return request. Is there something going on in the background that wasn't present last year, or is there some level of technical difficulties that either my device or the app is suffering from?

Maybe you are waiting for some forms.  Click Review to see if you are missing some forms needed in order to e-file.

No hurry to e-file since the IRS will not begin to accept/reject 2023 e-files until January 29.   And….a state return cannot be accepted until after the IRS accepts your federal return.
