1099-int What is used in place for a bank or brokerage name when its the Department of Treasury?

This is for a Treasury Bond.  TreasuryDirect account is linked to personal bank account.

1099-int What is used in place for a bank or brokerage name when its the Department of Treasury?

If I understand your question correctly, you would enter Department of Treasury for the payer since that is the source of the interest income.
