If I'm married filing jointly and meet all the correct criteria, can me and my wife claim (2) total EV tax credits? Or is it (1) per couple? Thank you.

There is no restriction on the number of EV's you or your spouse can purchase for the EV credit.  The requirement is that you must give your information to the seller of the EV as to whom will be listed as the owner.

Just note that if the EV credit on your tax return reduces your tax liability to $0 any remaining credit is lost.
