From which year? Did you file a return for that year and need to add these W2s? Or you didn't finish filing?
I had 3 W-2 in 2018 only filed one?
If you only filed one of your three W-2s for 2018, you will need to amend your 2018 return to add these in.
Select a tax year for specific amending instructions.
Keep in mind: You have 3 years from the date you filed your return (or 2 years after you paid the tax due, whichever is later) to file an amended return, which means you don't have to get it done by the April 15 filing deadline.
Ok thank you, will this impact my 2019 Refund if I haven't filed yet?
Not Amending your 2018 Tax Return for missing 2018 W2's could have an effect on your current refund.
If you did not have sufficient federal withholding on the W2's that were not included on your previous return AND you did not amend that return, IRS could recalculate your previous return and hold a portion or all of your current refund.
The previous advice given to amend that return to include those missing W2's, was good advice to ensure that there are not taxes outstanding which could cause additional penalties and/or interest or reduced refund amounts in the current or future years.

You will have to amend the 2021 tax return that was filed to add any W-2's that were not entered on the return.
An amended return, Form 1040-X, can only be printed and mailed to the IRS if the original tax return was not e-filed. The IRS will take up to 16 weeks or longer to process an amended tax return.
Before starting to amend the tax return, wait for the tax refund to be received or the taxes due to be paid and processed by the IRS.
The federal amended tax return, Form 1040-X, for tax year 2021 is estimated to be available in TurboTax on 03/17/2022
