If i have a 1099-int with 0 interest on it do i have to report it?

I have a tax information sheet from my mutual fund company that does my children's accounts.  It has 1099-DIV, 1099-B and 1099-INT on it.  The 1099-INT and 1099-B just have all 0's on them.  Do I have to fill these in and report them since they are all just zero's or can I just skip them?

No...Just skip them.

..................if they are all zero's on any one form type, then that particular form is not entered anywhere in the software.

Some of these brokers have a set of standard forms that they want to display in the exact same way every time....and seem to want to put zero's in everywhere so you know there's nothing in that particular box/line of that form.  They should probably leave the boxes empty....but then they'd get people calling in asking if their printer was working because the boxes/lines were empty of $$ values.
