If I did not request premium service benefits why do I have to pay $44 for them?

I do not want premium service benefits but they were added to my final bill. How can I remove this?

Are you in California? Are you having the fees deducted from your refund? If you are in California to remove the Premium Service you need to pay the fees upfront with a credit card.
