How can I pay for state e filing if I can never get to the credit card screen?

All I get is a white screen (blank except for TurboTax in upper left corner and Red block with X in the upper right corner.

I would stop right there do not use TurboTax I use them this year got a prepaid credit card from GreenDot never got the return do not use TurboTax use some other software or provider
