I was eligible for a Free CPA consultation before filing my taxes. How can I initiate that consultation?

After I paid; I signed out of Turbo-Tax, but they indicated I could return to 'File' and still request the consultation BEFORE i actually filed the return. So, I can't seem to get to that option again.

You need to add the Live expert help feature.  It doesn't show LIVE on your Premier version.

The page appeared to indicate I had a 'FREE' consultation available with the Premier version i'm currently using. Adding LIVE requires an additional payment???

Oh I don't know.  Sounds like there may be another new offer I haven't seen or heard of yet.  I think another SuperUser has asked the Moderators for clarification.  I don't have access to the Moderator area.
