It isn't because of the Form 1040SR. Form 1040SR has all the same lines as "regular" 2019 Form 1040--it just has bigger print. The difference is in the tax forms themselves. They changed the form after that "postcard" size Form 1040 that we had for 2018 and came up with a different format for 2019. There were six possible "schedules" for 2018; for 2019 there are three possible schedules. And, yes, it is kind of hard to do a line by line comparison between 2018 an 2019.
Look at the forms:

You did not answer the question. How to prevent Quicken Premier from use 1040sr.
If you or your spouse is 65 or older. The 1040SR is exactly the same as 1040. Just bigger type. You can only change the form using the Desktop program.
If you want to use the regular 1040 then print out your return and copy the amounts onto the 1040 from the 1040SR.

I'm using the desktop version. How to I keep from using the 1040sr?
If you use the Desktop program you can switch to forms and the Info Wks part II has a selection to select 1040SR or not. You can not change it in the Online versions.
