I paid for 2 NJ e-files on March 12 and they both were rejected by the Feds so I want the 26.65 for both e-files refunded to my credit card ! I've tired numerous times to contact a representative but the crap they put you through with on the telephone and you never get to speak to a LIVE PERSON. I wold appreciate it if you refund my account $53.30 to my credit card ! Thank you
@Littleone7777 This is the public user forum. We have no ability to access your account or give you a refund. For that, you need customer support. Use the word "billing"--not refund.
