I want to review the actual tax forms before they are filed. Not comfortable submitting to IRS without seeing them first.

Is there a way to preview completed form with online version.

Yes and you should always review before filing. Before filing you can preview the 1040 or print the whole return. You have to pay any fees first before you can see all the forms, etc.
