There is not a chat feature in this forum, but you do qualify for phone support, and possibly live onscreen help.

Which type of support do you need?  The method of contact is different.

Do you need to speak to someone by phone about a product question or technical question?

Or do you need help with tax advice, tax return preparation, etc. from your Live tax expert CPA/EA under your Live Self-Employed you appear to be using?

Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ on how to find your AGI from last year. Locate AGI

This Turbo Tax FAQ will provide information on what to put for your AGI if you didn't file last year or don't have the correct AGI. Incorrect or no AGI

I suspect what you are after is the 2019 AGI--which is not the "total of your 2019 taxes."   It is a specific income figure from the 2019 return shown on the 2019 Form 1040, Line 8b.    I'll assume you prepared your 2019 return in Online TurboTax, although you didn't say.  Any return prepared in desktop software (CD/download) will not be in an online account.

So assuming you used Online TurboTax for the 2019 return, then log in and at the Tax Home scroll down to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents," expand that section, and choose 2019.  You can then choose to either download/print the 2019 PDF, or choose the link that says "View adjusted gross income (AGI.)"  If you see no evidence of the 2019 return in that section, then you likely have multiple accounts and are in the wrong one    If needed, here's how to look for multiple accounts:

To get a list of your User IDs, reset password, and recover account access, etc., you can use the tool at the link below.  When using the Account Recovery tool, try using your phone number first if you can still access it.   After that, if necessary, then run the tool on your email address(es) you can access.

NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below.  You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

If still no luck after running that on your phone number you can still access and email address(es) that you can access,  here's another method:

Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, scroll down a bit, then choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.

I have inquired with my assigned expert regarding having my taxes done by Turbotax for the added $80 fee.  She said that they can only handle one 1099 income form but I was not sure if I had more and told her I'd get back to her by today.  I did message her yesterday but have not heard back and I seem to locked in that mode so that I cannot access self-filing steps via my account.  I need to at least figure my AGI by next weekend so that I can donate to my retirement account and be sure my taxes are paid by 04/15/2021..

You mentioned 4/15/2021. Are you aware that the deadline for some tax filing situations has been pushed back to May 17?

[NOTE:   First quarter 2021 estimated taxes are still due on April 15, 2021.]

See this FAQ:

https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-planning-and-deadlines/help/tax-year-calendar-important-dates-...

And this IRS news release:

https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/tax-day-for-individuals-extended-to-may-17-treasury-irs-extend-filing-a...

Also the time to make 2020 contributions to IRAs, health savings accounts HSAs, Archer MSAs, and Coverdell ESAs has been extended to May 17.  See this IRS news release:

https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-extends-additional-tax-deadlines-for-individuals-to-may-17

NOTE:  I'm a fellow user, not a tax person. So discuss any deadlines with your tax expert before making any decision.

You wrote:  "She said that they can only handle one 1099 income form"

I'm not sure what that means.  Maybe you meant they won't prepare more than 1 Schedule C, or 1 Schedule E?

A lot of people have more than one 1099, but you didn't say "what type" of 1099.   The TurboTax specialists can prepare returns with multiple Form 1099's.   Or did you mean instead that they can help with only 1 Schedule C business or 1 Schedule E rental?  A business can have several Forms 1099-NEC, for instance, all on 1 Schedule C.  But if a return has a Schedule C, they will only prepare returns for 1 self-employed Schedule C business; i.e., not 2 separate businesses.  Likewise they only prepare 1 Schedule E rental.

This FAQ has a list of situations that Full Service does not prepare:

https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/choosing-a-product/help/what-is-full-service-by-turbotax-live/01/2...

But they should be able to handle multiple of other types of 1099's such as 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-R, etc.

In regular Live TurboTax  the user can still access and work on the return and even remove the Live option.  So I suspect you are in the Live FULL SERVICE product.   You will need to phone TurboTax Support for assistance:
