I've messed up on filing and it says I owe $14,000. I can't pay this even with a crappy 45.8% interest on payment plans. I need this to be lowered by a good 65% off.

I need someone to help. I can't pay that much. I make just enough to barely support myself. Being robbed like this will bankrupt me. This is all I have.
