I've filed my return but the printout lacks the Tax summary pages.

How do I access these pages, which summarize what I owed, etc. It starts with a grid with several items detailed, beginning with Balance Due/Refund, and goes onto a second page with a general summary of what my income was, what tax was due, etc. I've gotten this every other year. Now that I've filed, I only have Tax Home and Documents (which are 1099-Divs) as options. The return in Tax Home does not have this summary. Thank you.

Can you clarify if you are using TurboTax Online or Desktop?

Follow these steps provided by TurboTax:

1. Sign in to TurboTax.
2. Open or continue your return by selecting Start or Continue.
3. Select Tax Tools from the menu.
4. With the Tax Tools menu open, you can then:
   • Preview your entire return: Select Print Center and then Print, save or preview this year's return (you may be asked to register or pay first).
   • View only your 1040 form: Select Tools. Next, select View Tax Summary in the pop-up, then Preview my 1040 in the left menu

Because I already paid and filed my return, I can't Start or Continue. And there is no longer Tax Tools in the dropdown on the left, only Tax Home and Documents, and the Documents are my 1099s.

When I access past returns and click on 2024, it will allow me to print the return, but there is no tax summary, and there is no option for View Tax Summary that I can find anywhere.

How can I view and print the Tax Summary at this point?

To access the tax tools, follow these steps:

1. Click State Taxes
2. Click Add State (you will not add a state; this will open up the return to access tax tools)
3. Tax Tools should be available on the left side panel

I am having the same issue on the mac version.  The state summary prints fine but the federal does not.  I've tried a couple different way but the Federal summary is just missing.  I'm trying to print the return so I can get the summary and the estimated taxes sheets.  The individual vouchers print but the summary page with the dates and mailing address is missing as well.

There was an update last week that should have solved this problem. Are you still having issues?

I just downloaded and installed the update and the summary pages are included now.  Thanks!
