No. It should have nothing to do with your deceased spouse. Last year you should have used the joint AGI from your 2018 tax return, however for 2020 you will use your own AGI from your 2019 tax return.

I have done all these steps. I have the correct AGI number from last year's TurboTax return.
(And the same issue happened last year!)
I've seen dozens of other posts from users having the exact same issue. It seems like a TT bug:

I am so frustrated, I'm ready to start over with a different service, for it's looking like I'll have to do all this again next year. I've been a TurboTax customer for 6 years!
