I used a link that showed turbotax premier for $75. But when i get to the end of the tax report to pay

The top page showed the discount, i clicked continue, logged in and went through the whole process to the point of payment. At that point it shows $90 with no discount applied. No way to fix it. What's wrong?

The discounted rate could have been for the early filers discount. If you did not pay and/or file your return prior to March 1 the discount is no longer valid.

I started the taxes on April 6th, the discount was on the page. I finished them and went to payment on April 10th, the discount was not reflected on the payment page.  If i go again to the original link that offered the discount (without logging in), it is still there. It doesn't have anything to do with early filers, it's only to do with TurboTax this year not giving people the price they offer when people sign up. I've used TurboTax for over 10 years and this is the first time i have had this much trouble. Not only my own taxes by those of family and friends, all the same problem.  They should not offer these links that do no show a service code or promo code, they lead to problems.  Everyone that has an offer should be given a code so they can re-input it if some error happens in the system. Not doing that could only be to charge people more than they expected at the end of the prep process.

I called support and got a specific code emailed to me that then worked. However, it was trouble i didn't need to do that. It also didn't help my family or others that i recommended to use TurboTax. The code was a 1 time only for me.

I can only think to start looking for a different only prep company that this won't happen in the future. I'm very disappointed.

Yes that would be the right amount for a partner discount.  $15 off (90-15=75).  Before March 1 it would have been 70-15=$55.
