I tried "I have not filed 2018's tax return" and put a correct AGI(I computed but not filed yet), used pin number prefilled and also entered a different pin number.

Tried different combination, kept getting IND-031-04 error. I have not filed 2018's tax. Do I have to file 2018's tax first in order to efile 2019's??? Thank you.

No. If you didn't file 2018 on time then enter 0 for the AGI. 2018 is not in the IRS database yet to match.

I don't have 1099-INT but software has prefilled this box with a random positive number ($725) and there's no way I can remove this. Even I don't have 1099-INT
