I thought turbo tax sent both federal and state to credit karma but i cant track my state. did it get filed to send a mailed check?

To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.

I filed both my state and fed taxes bc my local tax box was "wrong". They both were received 4/8/25, I got my state within weeks, but I am still waiting on my fed. Why??
