I submitted my taxes on Credit Karma and was accepted but I didnt get a refund, I submitted my taxes on Turbotax and got a refund but was rejected. What should I do?

I submitted my 2018 tax returns on Credit Karma and accidentally hit "efile" I am not getting a refund since I owe more state taxes, but both federal and state were accepted.

I input all of my information on Turbotax and I am getting a refund (I dont owe state taxes?) and when I file it was rejected since I already filed tax. What can I do? Can I amend the submitted Credit Karma efile with the data pulled from Turbo Tax? What forms would I need?

You can only file one time and you did that on CK.   If you filed incorrectly on CK then you must amend on CK, not TurboTax.

We cannot help with Credit Karma or know just what you filed there, only if you filed with CK and were accepted then you cannot file again or amend using TurboTax.

Don't waste your time. I was very fortunate. I normally file with turbotax, but tried Credit Karma because an update trubotax was waiting on prevented me from submitting my completed return for 2018.

A surprise 1099 came up for 2017 which had been filed with turbotax, requiring me to amend my 2017 return. It was a piece of cake using turbotax and because in the process I discovered I had left a lot of money on the table because of how I filed, I also decided to amend my 2016 and 2018 taxes.

Again it was a piece of cake for the 2016 taxes filed with turbotax, but for the 2018 taxes filed with Credit Karma, to this day 2/11/2020, from somewhere around November 2019 upon contacting Credit Karma via email, I have yet to receive an appreciable response beyond their automated acknowledgement of receipt of my inquiry, and that's with having sent a followup inquiry. Fortunately I had completed my return without sending it in turbotax and was able to retrieve it.

There's no way I'd file with Credit Karma again. It was crucial for me to be able to amend my 2017 taxes because I was facing a hefty tax bill as a result of the 1099 stemming from a student loan debt that was pardoned and subsequently increased my calculated income substantially for that year. I can't imagine how much of a drain on my mental state it would have been had my 2017 return been with Credit Karma instead of turbotax.
