I selected not to estimate taxes for 2017, but upon review the final document package includes payment forms and due dates. I do not want these! How do I remove these?

The estimated tax Forms 1040-ES are optional and for your use only. They do not have to filed. The forms and amounts shown are not reported to the IRS.
