I requested a 401k withdrawal for Hurricane Harvey. Turbotax is saying this area is not ready yet. When will it be available for me to finish this part of my taxes?

Form 8915, Qualified Hurricane Retirement Plan Distributions is scheduled for IRS release on 2/15/2018.  You can check the 1099-R section of TurboTax after the release date for updates.  Once Form 8915 is released, you will be able to finish your tax return preparation.
