I received an Error code: 102346 when I tried to upload 2023's tax filing

I started my 2024 tax information but couldn't find my 2023 tax return. I had forgotten I had saved it on a thumb drive. After finding it I tried to upload the 2023 tax return but I keep getting a Error Code: 102346. I have not found that answer code yet in the system? Help. I still have my 2023 CD and tried to restart the program but it would not open it?
