I received a 1099INT but the bank that processed it is not one of the options under financial institutions and does not come up when I search it. How do I know which one to choose?

If you can't import information from your financial institution because it doesn't come up when searching, then I would recommend clicking "I'll type it in myself" on the bottom of the screen. From here TurboTax will walk you through entering your interest income.
