I received 1099's from both paypal and twitch, but some of the twitch revenue is on the paypal form, how can I ammend this so I'm not double reporting the income?

You should enter as income the actual amount that you received and the actual amount of expenses that you had. If the two forms overlap too much and you can't separately enter them don't enter your income as those two forms, just enter it as cash received and go from there.
