I purchased Turbotax 2024 at Sam's Club. The container said Download Only, CD no longer available. My attempt to download online was cut short by "timing out".

If you were provided a link with your Sam's Club purchase to download TurboTax, you should reach out to them if you were unable to complete the download. It does take awhile to download the program.

@ebudge After you bought it did you go to the customer service pick up window to get the actual package with the instructions and License Code?

You can now buy an install CD for $10 AFTER you buy the download and License Code for the version you want. That’s if you don’t want to use the download method or want to reinstall or install it another computer.
