I purchased the turbotax cd but my Mac system is not compatible. Is there a way to transfer this to the online version so I don't have to pay twice?

The license code cannot be used to pay for online TurboTax. The pricing is different. If your Mac does not meet the system requirements for the CD/download you can seek a refund for the desktop software and then use online and pay for it according to the version of online you need.
