That file name seems extremely long, do not think that is the correct installation file. Instead of looking for exe file name reinsert CD and install from CD notification of new CD to install, should come up as soon as you insert new disc, although it took 3 times for me to get the installation notice, had to insert CD 3 times before I received the message.
Try downloading it again using a different browser and turn off your antivirus. It doesn't like IE11.

It's a download....not a CD.
File looks laid out OK (though I can't see what's in the XXX)....but on a Windows system, Don't just Open it
..............................you rt-click on the file, and "Run as administrator"
