I paid for my TurboTax fees upfront, yet TurboTax is still showing my refund being $35 less than my return. Will this change or will I be charged again?

Never mind! I might have figured it out. Lol. I believe the program is deducting my state taxes (even though I paid them up front) and simply showing the actual amount I ended up with after taxes and not the amount I will be receiving for federal. At least I hope this is the case and I’m not being charged twice.
