I paid for a tax expert to answer question. She sent me a email via turbotax but the link in my email does not show it. Any one know how to find id.

I need help retrieving a message from a internal TurboTax email
I do have 2 accounts somehow but I have looked at both.
The system only allows me to ask a question prompt.
