I only was able to show a very small amount of income this year I got severely hurt at work and I have a friend whom I be known 30 years whfh

My income was 242$ so since I lived and provided for two kids and two other adults shud I list money that was given to me from a friend that well exceeds 16,000 and how do I do that or shud I say anything

Money that was given to you as a gift is not taxable and does not get entered on a tax return.   It is also not deductible for the person who gave it to you.   If you had no taxable income then you do not need to file a tax return unless you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance.
