I need technical support. Every time I try to e-file my taxes the program crashes, shuts down. This has been happening for 3 weeks. I have cleared cookies, restarted my computer and tried countless times to find tech support. I have a Mac computer, this is the 4th year I have used this computer to file taxes thru TurboTax.

What version of the program are you using? If you are using the Download/Desktop version, you will need to make sure you have updated your software. To manually update for Mac, please see this Help Article.

Im trying to look for my 2022 taxes
The online system in now in transition from 2022 returns to 2023 returns. During this transition, you will not be able to get to your 2022 return. The transition will be complete when 2023 becomes available in early December. Then..... You will be able to access your 2022 return by using the exact same account and user ID that you used when you started it. But you can no longer use online software for any further changes.
Are you just trying to find it and print it out for your records....or do you need to finish preparing it?
