I've been trying to track my return can't figure it out
@Bruceandjuliette A TurboTax rep will only be able to help you find if your return has been accepted or rejected (and it will show you this when you login to your account.) Once your return has been accepted TurboTax does not receive any more information, and you will have to track your return at the IRS.
This year the "Where is my Refund?" tool seems to be full of issues, but it's really the only source other than calling the IRS (1-800-829-1040).
The IRS cannot typically tell you anything different from what you see on the refund tracker until there is a problem or it has been more than three weeks since your return was accepted.
