That is not possible. Only the prior tax year can be transferred to the current tax year. Not tax data from two years ago.
Sorry you can only transfer from the immediate previous year into the current year. So only from 2018 into 2019. Where is your 2018 return? If you can't transfer from 2018 you will have to enter any prior info manually.
I lost my last year's return on when my computer had to be reset, but I have 2019. I also manually mail my taxes is there any way I can get my 2020 return from turbotax?

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
For a fee of $43 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf
Yes if you used Turbo Tax Online version.
How to access prior online returns
You have to log in to the same account. You need to start entering some basic Personal Info in 2021 for the side menu to open up. Just continue a little ways into 2021.
If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.
You can also request a transcript from the IRS
Is the transcript copy form the IRS enough info to provide a good transfer to Turbotax or am I better off just starting over?
Well you can't transfer from the IRS so you will be starting over. The IRS copy will just help you know shat the prior year amounts were.
