Try this: click on the Personal Info tab, which will take you to the Personal Info Summary page. You should see your name listed as a section heading, right below the page title. And below that section, you should see the marital status section. Click Edit next to marital status, and you'll be taken to the page that says Let's confirm your marital status.
On this page, you'll select Married, then further down you'll answer "no" to the question Do you want to file this return together with your spouse? Then continue thru the rest of the screens, answering the TurboTax questions.
That should result in your filing status being Married Filing Separately. TurboTax will confirm your status at the end of the Personal Info screens.
