I need to clear and start over and it won't let me, What do i do?

It is telling me i already registered and wont let me clear and start over. they are not coming out correct.

Unfortunately, the only way "around" this is to begin a new TurboTax account entirely.  That stinks, I know.  

If you've already registered your account using the Free Edition, just abandon that account and begin a new one.  Just be sure to keep up with which account you want to use and stick with it hereafter.

@lucregordon Can you please provide more details about the issue you are encountering? Are you trying to use the Clear and Start Over feature and unable to because you already paid? If so, please reach out to one of our TurboTax representatives for assistance: What is the TurboTax phone number?
