I had money transferred form a 401k to an IRA and I'm receiving monthly distributions. My wife also received Health Insurance through Pennie and received Form 1095-A which requires filling out Form 8962. I need help with doing that to file my taxes.

TurboTax does not have brick and mortar local offices that you can visit.  If that is what you want you will have to google such help in your area for yourself.
