I need someone local that I can go and talk to and to do my taxes for me.

I had money transferred form a 401k to an IRA and I'm receiving monthly distributions. My wife also received Health Insurance through Pennie and received Form 1095-A which requires filling out Form 8962. I need help with doing that to file my taxes.
