This is so ridiculous. My husbands acct is a brand new card and they needed verification did that they said it would take up to 2 days that was 6 days ago and its still blocked and my deposit has been sent but balance is still zero. Every time he calls they just say he has to wait for it to update in another 2 days. HOW DO YOU GET IT UNBLOCKED!?!?!? Seems like a common problem with turbo tax and makes me not want to use turbo tax anymore after 6 yrs.
For the Turbo Debit Card, the customer service for the card is the only one that can handle any card issues you are having. We are limited here with what we can do. We can offer advice, which is to contact them again or try downloading the app.
