We need to know why it was rejected. We can’t see your return.
You do not say why the return was rejected. You received an email with a rejection number or rejection message---but we cannot see your email. It is too late to e-file it again. E-filing is closed permanently, so the only way to file now is by mail. If the return was rejected for AGI, that will not matter now since you only needed AGI for e-filing. Print, sign and date the return in ink, and mail it in.
If the rejection was for some other reason that requires you to change something on the return, you will need to use the downloaded desktop software on a full PC or Mac in order to do that.
If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
