I need help removing the packages that got added to my turbo tax filling. I thought it was free

CHECK YOUR FEES

Open your return, and in the left menu column click on TAX TOOLS, then TOOLS.
Then in the Tools window click the blue button MY FEES.

To see your receipt:

On your TurboTax home page

·        Click Taxes

·        Click My Tax Timeline

·        Scroll down to things you can do

·        Click Get Order details

Review your fees to find out what the $ is for. Select the corresponding link for instructions if you wish to remove the charge:

·        Remove pay-with-your-refund (Refund Processing)

·        Remove Premium Services 

·        Remove MAX Benefits 

·        Remove the software upgrades by clearing your return and starting over from scratch.
