This us the only time you have posted under your username tsue1970,  We do not know what your question is--you have not asked one here,  We cannot call you from the user forum,  The filter removes personal information like phone numbers and email addresses because this is a public web site that can be seen by anyone---including scammers and identity thieves who would love to contact you and pretend to be from TurboTax.
