I must mail my tax returns but they DO NOT download as a PDF file, what gives?

Are you receiving an error or are they downloading, but in a different format?  

Once you completed your Tax Return, you can access the PDF versions by:

• Go to https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
• Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section, Your tax returns & documents click on Show.
  
• Find the year you need
• The click Download/print return (PDF)
• The section under "I need a copy because:" is optional
  
• Click Download my return
