It depends. If you did not yet transmit your return, then yes, you should change it.
If you did submit your return, you will not be able to change it unless it was rejected. Since it is the first name, it is not as likely to cause an issue, but if it does when rejected you will just go back to the personal info section, correct the spelling of her name and then resubmit.
If it was accepted, you will need to wait to see if this causes an issue with the IRS, if it does not, then there is nothing more for you to do.
If it is accepted and the IRS determines there is an issue with it, then they will send you a letter on what steps they want you to take to fix it.
