I'm used to the desktop software. How can I download the application to my desktop?

I have used TT for a decade as a desktop application and want to continue using the desktop app.  How do I download onto my system based upon what I have already purchased?

This does not help at all.  I thought I was purchasing the software download product and it was the online product.  I want the software on my computer not in the cloud.  Now I have to go to Costco to buy it.  Am I going to be double charged now for the product?  Online and software versions?

To purchase and download one of the 2020 TurboTax desktop editions go to this TurboTax website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

The TurboTax online editions and the TurboTax desktop editions are separate programs with separate price points.

If you have already paid for the TurboTax online edition with a credit card, you will need to contact TurboTax support for any type of Billing Issue
