Bad CD. Exchange at the place you bought it. If you bought it through the Turbotax Advantage Program, you should also have a downloadable installer in your online account. Log into turbotax, click My Account/Account Tools/Billing and Shipping/Edit/Downloads and Unlocks.
If you bought the CD direct from turbotax without the advantage program, call the support line on Monday. For customer support hours and link, see below. Use the web form and type your question or a keyword. You will get an appropriate phone number for your issue.
