i looked in my email, gone. i looked at the 2018 download, if it's there, I don't see it.

That is new for 2019. 2018 did not have one.

Well, duh, i meant 2019. I’m trying to start my taxes and having a devil of a time just beginning. My Mac is very slow, but still have to try. This situation is very frustrating. I downloaded it in March sometime. Then worked with an Apple technician for hours trying to get my Mac to perform better, of course one of the things he told me to do was empty my trash, so if this was on any email, it’s Gone. Please help me.
