I'm filing form 8615. What do I do if my parents don't have a SSN? My parents filed taxes but aren't citizens. I received financial aid. I am a full time student

I believe the form 8615 is triggered because I received financial aid. I'm 20 years old and a full time student. When filing the form it asks for my parents social Security number. The problem is that they have one. They do work in the United States and file taxes. The SSN on the tax form isn't really their SSN. Like FAFSA I had to put all zeros to declare that they don't have one. I don't know why TurboTax doesn't have an option for this. What do I do?
