I'm entering tax free fund DIV of $112. Entered $6 from PA and $106 from multiple states. When I return to Review screen get message "Needs Review". What is my error?

I had a problem with one of those. Turns out there was nothing in box 1a....and it was happy when I put 0.00 in box 1a.

Something than that? ....Rounding issue? Keep box 11 and the Multiple/PA beak-out to even $$?
